If you have an outage, please always call Public Works at 785.594.6907 to notify the Electric Department. The public works answering service or administrative assistant will get your information to the correct place quickly. If it’s a highly localized outage, they will not know if you don’t tell them. Please don’t post on Facebook and expect someone to see it, or email or direct message the City, especially after hours.
